Cast Steel Globe Valve

Benifit:

Seat face: CoCr alloy hard-faced, ground, and lapped to a mirror finish. Conical seat machined to fine surface finish.

Guided disc: The guided disc accurately mates the disc's hard-faced surface (hard-faced with 13Cr, CoCr alloy, SS 316, or Monel) with the surface of the body seat, which is ground and lapped to a mirror finish. The disc guides are hard-faced to extend their wear life.

Body and bonnet joint: The body and bonnet joint were accurately machined to a fine surface finish. Fully enclosed gasket.

Stuffing box: The Stuffing box is machined to a fine surface finish.
