Cast Steel Gate Valve

API 600 Cast steel gate valves are flexible wedge gate valves feature flexible wedge disc, as well as a rising stem. Cast steel gate valves are typically made of carbon steel (A216 WCB). Relia is a cast steel gate valve manufacturer with CE Certification.

Cast steel gate valves offer dependable service for refineries, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, and oil industry processes. They are available in a wide variety of body and trim materials.

Cast steel gate valves are designed to API 600 or DIN standards, with flexible disc or solid disc upon request.

The flexible wedge disc is ground and lapped to a mirror finish and tightly guided to prevent dragging and seat damage.

Hardfaced 13Cr, Stellite, SS 316, Monel, or CoCr alloy flexible wedge disc with low center stem-wedge contact. The wedge is smoothed and polished until it looks like a mirror, and it is tightly guided so it doesn't drag and damage the seat.
